I think this is a non profit org..they never leave a message. when you call back you can request your phone number never to be called again but you must identify the non profit organization Best solution is to answer the phone call and request them never to call back and to remove your phone number from their phone list.

Thick Indian accent, said he was chris miller and that i needed to contact him immediately about some legal issue...This guy is just fishing to get some kind of personal info out of me for a scam... he must be stopped and arrested. i am sure he is getting away with scamming many people who are unsuspecting.

Called my job, asking if I work there, presenting themselves as "Civil Investigator". I called them back, they asked my file number, which i don't know. Then I found out it's a collection agency. They are scam.
